Experienced in-water operatives for construction, repairs, and survey works.

IN-WATER TEAMS

Specialist in-water support for projects in rivers, channels, treatment works, and marine environments.

Trained to deliver works safely in submerged or riverside conditions, our in-water teams carry out everything from construction and repair tasks to detailed in-water surveys.

Our in-water teams work using specialist PPE, harnesses, and lifting systems. They perform inspections, installations, and maintenance tasks in partial or full submersion — coordinating closely with dive and engineering teams to deliver work safely and efficiently.

They are often deployed where temporary works are unnecessary or where direct in-water working offers a quicker, more cost-effective solution for the client.

What makes High Water In-Water Teams Different?

Many contractors rely on extensive temporary works or diving operations to access structures in and around water. High Water’s in-water teams provide a practical alternative, safely carrying out inspections, maintenance and construction activities directly within rivers, channels, treatment works and marine environments.

Our operatives combine specialist water safety training with practical construction experience, enabling them to work efficiently in partial or full submersion. Where appropriate, direct in-water working can reduce the need for temporary works, helping clients minimise programme time, cost and disruption without compromising safety.
